Client Configuration for Hosted E-Mail Accounts

 

Generic configuration settings for all mail client configurations

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) - imap.everyone.net, port 995 with SSL
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) - smtp.everyone.net, port 465 with SSL
Username: Your full email address - eg joebloggs@yourdomain.com
Password: Your email password which is different from the one that you use to access our client/billing area - please verify this by logging into the webmail system first or ask our Customer Support team to reset your password

Please note that our Customer Support team cannot assist with e-mail client configuration, as there are many different programs and operating systems, and this falls outside of our standard support scope.
Our customer support can only assist with resetting passwords for your account and checking whethet the account works correctly on the webmail system.
