This could relate to one of a few of items which you need to check and fix:
1) You may be blocking "cookies" which are needed to work with our system. To permit cookies, do the following:
- With Internet Explorer go to "Tools"; "Internet Options"; "Privacy" and then slide the bar down to the bottom so it reads Accept All Cookies.
- With Netscape, click "Edit"; "Preferences"; Double Click "Privacy and Security"; "Cookies"; Click "Enable All Cookies" and then Save.
2) You may have your security settings too high.
- With Internet Explorer go to "Tools"; "Internet Options"; "Security" and on this page slide the vertical bar to it read Medium.
- With Netscape, click "Edit"; "Preferences"; Double Click "Privacy and Security"; "Certificates" - choose Automatically; "Validation" choose Do not use OCSP for certificate validation.
3) Your SSL settings may not be set. Be sure that your browser is enabled for both 2.0 SSL and 3.0 SSL.
- In Internet Explorer, you will find that by going to "Tools"; "Internet Options"; "Advanced" and be sure they are checked.
- In Netscape, you will find it at "Edit"; "Preferences"; "Privacy & Security"; "SSL" and be sure both are checked.
